Orders

We are offering limited editions via short production runs where shoes are only produced based on the orders received. The lead time is 8 weeks from when the order window closes.

Orders can be placed during the 2 week order window. Select your size and place your order. An order confirmation will be sent via email. Once your item is made and ready to ship, you will be sent a shipping confirmation with tracking number.

For limited editions which have a cap on the number of units produced, the order window will close once that amount is reached. Orders will be fulfilled on a first come first serve basis.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for an exchange, send the item back, in its original and unworn condition within 45 days of receipt (extended from the standard 14 days). The full credit will be applied to another pair of MULO shoes.

Please inform our customer care team at customerservice@muloshoes.com. They will authorise your return and send the details and necessary paperwork for the return shipment.

If you have a sizing issue, we will make every effort to offer an alternative size but as the production run is limited, we will not always be able to fulfill a change of size request.

Return shipping is complimentary on all exchanges.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Refunds & Cancellations

As our limited editions are made-to-order we cannot offer a refund unless:

  • The item received does not match the order or;
  • The item is faulty

If the item(s) delivered do not match your order please contact our customer care team at customerservice@muloshoes.com outlining the issue and we will arrange the return of the goods. Please remember to include your name, original invoice number and date the order was placed.

If the items(s) have a problem relating to the quality of the product, please send a description of the issue and any supporting photographic files to customerservice@muloshoes.com who will assess. Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

Any subsequent refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 10-14 days for processing. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through MULO. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Lead Times

Average lead times from order confirmation to good ship date is 8 weeks. Please note that these are average lead times and are not a guarantee of which day your order will be delivered. MULO accept no liability for any delay (inclusive of delays caused by the logistics carrier or situations arising from force majeure).
